Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
At GM WoodStuff, every darts oche is individually handmade to order, using measurements provided by the customer.
Made-to-measure orders
Our darts oches are manufactured to the exact length specified by each customer. Where an item is genuinely made to your individual specifications, the usual 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right does not apply under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Please ensure your measurements are accurate. We’ll confirm the required dimensions before production begins.
Changing or cancelling an order
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll always try to accommodate requests before production starts.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
If your oche arrives damaged, is faulty or does not match the agreed specifications, please contact us promptly with your order details and photographs where appropriate.
We’ll work with you to resolve the issue, including repair, replacement or refund as required by your statutory consumer rights.
